These parts have been designed and produced in house, using drawings and photographs of the prototype.
This listing, has a number of parts, or small kits to improve the model, some go further than others depending on your skill level
and what you may feel comfortable doing.
Having been working on my own model I can tell you some are rather faddily to say the least, especially the removal of the bogie frame from
the bogie towers, was certainly a nightmare.
As I am aware some models arrived with damage, mine included, I have produced some replacement parts as well (Not lamp/disc holders).
All parts are 3D printed, and do require painting and finishing where required.
Some items will come on supports and need careful removal, with flush cutters.
Here are the parts:
Spare whistles (Set of 2, painted)
Guard irons (Set of 4)
Bogie lifting points (set of 4)
Valve gear covers (Set of 2)
Bogie brake rigging (enough for 2 bogies)
Vacuum and Steam pipes (enough for 2 bogies)
Kit:
- Oscillating valve gear kit (With covers, Oscillating valve gear, cylinder block) set of 2. (Out of Stock)
- BFB, Wheel correction inserts (enough for 12 wheels, 6x lots of 16 inserts)
- Cab interior kit: 2x back walls, one for Cab 1 and another for Cab 2, includes 2x authentic seats.
- Underframe kit: Steam reverser, and ashpan/hopper
- Bogie brake rigging (enough for 2 bogies)
- Vacuum and Steam pipes (enough for 2 bogies)
- NOTE -
These could also be used on other industrial locomotives, and possibly Ireland, Scotland (slightly different, spoked rather than 4 holes)
