The NEM pocket has a U shaped channels either side the bottom of the channel meets the underside of the end beam of the bogie.  The old coupling must be removed. \u003cbr\u003eA square section measuring 3mm high and 5.75mm wide must be removed from the middle of the beam to allow the NEM pocket to be fitted.\u003cbr\u003eRecommend a Dremel disc cutter and needle files, taking 10-15mins per bogie.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eI would recommend you keep checking throughout.  The U Shaped channel wraps around the bottom of the beam of the bogie, and also keeps it at the correct height. Check before fixing converter in place. suggest blu-tack  and check with a height gauge, once happy, fix in place with glue... suggest a small amount Superglue round the 4mm pin and around the base.
